What kind of customisation process do you offer?

At TMC Apparels, we offer DTF (direct-to-film), a process that involves direct transfer of a design onto a garment with the use of special film and a heat press. It Is a versatile method that works well on most fabric. We also offer engravement on promotional items such as our custom pens.

What products do you offer?

We offer more than 400 apparels products, from t-shirt to workwear. We also offer other promotional products on our website The Merch Collective.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order is required on any item. Greater discounts are available for larger purchases.

Is there discount when buying in bulk?

Yes! Enjoy great discounts when you bulk order from us! You can add different colours and sizes of the same product to enjoy our volume order discount. Don't worry, this discount will apply automatically to your cart, no voucher or code needed.

Can I request samples before making a bulk order?

Yes! There’s no minimum order requirement, so you can even order just 1 piece as a sample.

Can I cancel or change my order?

In most cases, orders cannot be changed, especially once production has started. However, please Contact Us to discuss if there’s any possible adjustments to your custom merchandise order.

How long does it take for items to be produced?

Production times vary by product and availability, usually between 7 to 14 days. If you need your order urgently, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

Can you accommodate urgent orders?

We understand that some situations require urgent solutions. Please contact us to discuss your product requirements and the fastest turnaround time we can offer.

Designs & Files

Can I get a mockup before starting production?

Yes, our design tool allows you to preview your design on your desired product. Need design help? Our design team is ready to help for an additional fee.

Is my logo/design suitable to use? What file format do you accept?

For your custom merchandise designs, please provide high-resolution files. You can create a new design or preview uploaded file on our online Product Designer. If you’re unsure, our team will be happy to assist you in determining the appropriate format.

Delivery

Is it possible to send each item I bulk ordered to a different address?

Yes, we can deliver to multiple addresses. Please contact us to arrange the details.

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

We offer shipping exclusively within Australia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production time varies based on the product type, customization, and order quantity. While delivery time will depend on your location and the courier service.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your custom merchandise order at our warehouse : 1/54 Barretta Rd, Ravenhall Victoria 3023, AU (by appointment only)
