    Production Process

    We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Production usually takes around 2 - 3 weeks, but this can vary depending on stock availability and the complexity of the decoration. If you’d like a more accurate timeline for your product, we’ll be happy to discuss with you.

    Stock

    As we offer hundreds of products with various options each, we are unable to keep of all products in stock in our warehouse. However, worry not, we will immediately order from our reliable supplier as soon as your order come through.

    We’ll also be happy to discuss with you on stock availability before you make your order.

    Delivery

    We’re happy to deliver your order straight to your doorstep! Shipping is available with Australia Post, and you can choose either regular or express delivery at checkout. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

    Please note: any delays with Australia Post are unfortunately out of our control. However, if you have any concerns, we’re always here to help.

    All deliveries will be done during our operating time :

    Monday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM AEST with the exception of public holidays.
